I just googled shih tzu whispers and we came up on page 2 of the google results!! 
The link took me to the host site and it wasn't plain sailing getting there but its pretty good after only a couple of days!! Just waiting now for s to show up when shih tzu or shih tzu forum is googled and then we might get some new members!
BTW if anyone can think of someone to invite please shout!
