That one is easily solved Ally - go to your profile and click on the preferences tab - halfway down the list it says Display the warning page of new posts : Make sure NO is selected and that will cure that for you!

Does anyone know how to include a photo in a post??

I can't believe this I spent 5 minutes writing an explanation and got logged out posting it - here we go again...
First make sure your pics are 640x480 pixels on your pc
then click on the Host an imge button in your message editor (looks like two photos)
Browse to your picture on your pc
Click Host it
Click on the third (bottom) link that comes up to copy it,
Allow access to your PC
Then click on the next Image button looks like one photo)
Click into the box that opens and paste the link you just copied
Click OK and voila the link appears in your editor and when you click send inshows Smile
