seeking a male companion for my daisy

Hi im searching for a male companion between 8weeks n 2 yrs for my 1yr old shihtzu daisy. I dont mind if neutured or not. Nice home and garden waiting with a family with teenagers. Someone is always home as me n hubby work opposite shifts. We live in mansfield area of nottinghamshire

There is a group on Facebook who go through all the freeads and gumtree ads every day which might be of use to you.  It is a closed group so you would have to join to get a look in and you would need to be a member of other shih tzu groups on fb too or you won't get accepted!  I am no longer a member as they were very rude to me regarding puppy farms and I wouldn't recommend you mention mating your bitch on these sites either (there are enough unwanted shih tzu out there already ) Anyway the group is https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/457747540960327/?fref=ts

Im picking up a 7month old male shihtzu from wallsall area tomorro. There reason for rehoming is he seems jealous of 6 yr old daughter n has started being snappy to only her.
She says he is nervous when out walking nr other dogs n barks at them. So a soft approach to intriducing him to my daisy is the way forward. Its a 58 mile journey to him n 58 mile back..but hes gonna be worth it.

Hi Lisa. Sorry I am late at welcoming you to the forum, but I don't get to come on here as much as I should because life gets in the way. Anyway a belated welcome, and well done taking this poor little man on. I am sure with lots of encouragement and gentle handling he will soon settle with your family and Daisy. It might be a bit difficult at first but he should settle especially as he has a friend to follow round and learn the ropes from.
