New to Whispers ;o)
Hi
Hello all, new to the forum but hoping to be able to get support, advice and some laughs along the way too. First post so here's hoping it makes it.
I have a 9 year old male Border Collie called Riley and a 4 year old female Shih Tzu called Amber...... along with a husband, 16 year old daughter, cat and a pony!
We inherited Amber around 18 months ago and she is an absolute joy. She dominates the house but it's soooo funny my poor old collie and cat don't know what's hit them lol. Never thought I would enjoy a small dog as we have been so used to collies but I think I may have been converted!

Re: New to Whispers ;o)
Hi Liz and welcome to the forum, it's great to have you here.
I like the way you introduce Riley and Amber before your husband, nice to know he knows his place! It sounds like you are really busy and there is never a quiet moment in your house. But with Amber around, there will be plenty of fun.
Shih tzu's are amazing little dogs, with massive characters and are brilliant company.
We are a very friendly forum, so if you have any questions, just ask away and someone will soon be along to help.

Re: New to Whispers ;o)
Hi Liz and I too was use to collies (rough) and have had a Sheltie.
I got my girls four years ago and I never thought I would be converted to a little dog. But they are so much fun and each one as a different little character. One of my girls died just before Christmas and we miss her so much. .
We have now got a little puppy called Bella she's 13 weeks old and she's brightened our lifes up again.
Ohhh and not forgetting our big boy Alfie (Staf). and three cats. Yep its a mad house.

All your boys and girls look stunning.
Kaz65 I am so sorry about losing one of your girls but as you say your new one lessens the heartache a little.
I would love another puppy but OH is not in agreement yet so I am starting to slowly "work" on him hehe

I am still working on my OH.I have tried everything in the book, for him to agree to little girl no 3. A little Lottie or Mabel me thinks. I have been trying for about 2 1/2 years and still he says NO, so hope you have more luck than I have. Funny thing is if they want something they just go and get it , for some reason we can't.
