Sad News from Carol

Carol (Sands-62) has asked me to let you all know that after a long fight her Mum sadly passed away yesterday evening. She had been unwell for a while, but was comfortable and peaceful in her last few days. I am sure that everyone here wishes Carol well over the next few weeks. She has asked me to say that she will be away for a while, but as soon as she feels up to it, she will be back with us.

We are all thinking of you at this sad time Carol.

Thank you so much for the condolences and support you have given. It is a mixture of sadness and relief because Mum had fought for so long, but she is at peace now. It is so hectic at the moment organzing everything, but I will be back as soon as poss and raring to go again promise.

Thanks guys for your messages,they are helping me through this sad time.Even though it was inevitable that Mum would not get better I was horrible seeing her in decline. She is at peace now. I will be back soon.

My deepest sympathy.

Thank you so much to you all. I didn't realise how many friends I had it has been quite overwhelming. I have come to terms with it but what I cannot get used to is that I keep thinking I have to go and visit her, then I realise she is not there anymore and that seems to be the hardest thing. I think once the Funeral is over it will be easier somehow, we will see.

Ahh no Victoria I am up at 6am as usual, sometimes like this morning taking them out at 2.45am. for a comfort stop.!!!

I don't know how you do it, it too dark lol.

I sometimes am asked for a 3am comfort stop (that's a new saying on me lol) but its getting better.
