Hi from the South Kent Coast

Post by sarahangel on Fri Jul 23, 2010 10:40 am

Hi to you all,

Our family grew yesterday when we took surprise delivery of an 18week old shih tzu puppy called Panda!

It is a longish story but I am a groomer and one of my customers wanted to sell this pup, so I was grooming her before going to her new home yesterday. She then told me she was unsure about the new home but the lady had basically hounded her and she gave in. I found out where she was going and was quite concerned as the family bring their existing Shih Tzu to me infrequently for a shave off as he is always matted solid Sad

Panda is a lovely pup and we did not want this fate for her, so our family has grown overnight. This is not my normal way to find pup, as anyone who knows me will say. I spent a year researching for my last pup to find a wonderful breeder, who had done all the health tests I wanted.

However this seemed the right thing for us to do and so now I am in the position of having to catch up with some knowledge of the breed.

I will try to post a picture as she is a real beauty

Sarah
