They do deliver Kirsty but they had so much response for her that they have stopped taking pre-adoption forms for her at the moment. However I know this rescue do get quite a few shih tzu through their doors though not usually puppies so if you know of people interested in rehoming a rescue shih tzu then the Friends of the Animals RCT is a good place for them to keep an eye on
